SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free standard shipping with all orders. Our choice of courier is Royal Mail given their expertise in the field so we can get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

​Orders placed by 2pm will be dispatched the same working day.

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked. Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirming your order and upon dispatch you will receive another email with your tracking number.

Please allow 1-2 working days to receive your order before contacting us. In most cases you should receive your order within 48 hours.

​If you require our products more urgently then we offer additional shipping services for a small charge:

​We also offer shipping to a wide range of jurisdictions outside of the UK. International orders will be shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked at a fixed cost of £5. Dispatch times remain the same but please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive.

​Return & Exchange Policy

We understand under some circumstances you may want to return your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or something is wrong with your order, please contact us to arrange a return and we’ll send out a replacement.

​If you’ve changed your mind , we accept returns on orders that remain unopened with seals intact. If the seal has been broken we cannot accept the return due to potential contamination of the product.
